Plastic Shower Curtain For Mold Allergy

Plastic Shower Curtain For Mold Allergy

For past few months I was regularly developing symptoms of sneezing, itchy watery eyes, runny nose and nasal congestion.

I took it lightly firstly and considered as weather changing sign but my symptoms started occurring more frequently. I fix an appointment with my doctor who concluded after taking my whole history was that I am infected with mold allergy. I was strongly advised to remove all places of molds in best possible way.

However as it is impossible to completely quit growth of molds reasonable steps can be taken to ensure its prevention. Target areas were kitchen and washroom. My mom decided to take charge of kitchen cleaning and I was supposed to make my washroom mold free.

The prime step I took was the replacement of shower curtains with plastic shower curtain. As they are water resistant they serve a great deal in prevention of mold growth. Plastic shower curtain consists of some other advantages as well. They don’t hinder your bathing process by interfering with your body.

Although plastic shower curtains have a specific smell but it fades away with time. Even some people don’t bother it. One of plastic shower curtain is that they are cheap. You may find at a price ranging from $3 – $7 for each piece at various stores depending on their quality.

Another advantage you get while purchasing plastic shower curtain is their wash ability. Now you can clean them just by spraying a cleaner and then wiping it off with a dry cloth or just simply put in washing machine it easily gets washed. I fortunately grab a good one for my washroom.
